Best Places To Work founder Julie Gill says she is blown away by the exceptional calibre of this year’s participants.

“These organisations have demonstrated a strong commitment to their employees and created environments where people can thrive. Employers who look after their employees, customers, their communities and the environment deserve recognition. It’s a testament to their innovative leadership and vision.”

The programme’s next step will be to gather additional information from the shortlisted companies on employee experience, customer engagement, community and environment impact, and business performance.

The finalists and winners, awarded by category size as well as an overall winner, will be announced at a ceremony in Auckland on September 25, 2024.

Award categories include wellness, diversity and inclusion, innovation, tools and tech, and work/life balance.

From October, Best Places To Work will run a masterclass workshop series, bringing together industry experts, leaders and award winners who share a passion for employee engagement.
