EMA's John Fraser-Mackenzie

EMA Chief Executive John Fraser-Mackenzie says it is great to see so many employers doing innovative and interesting things to create fantastic workplaces. EMA is a foundation partner of the Best Places to Work programme.

“We know that employees are the vital backbone of every business, which is why it is critical that you focus on your work environment. A strong and positive work culture can help you retain your talent and improve your productivity.

“On behalf of the EMA, I want to extend my congratulations to each business who has made the finals list. They should all be incredibly proud of what they have achieved and I hope they can serve as inspiration for businesses across the country,” Fraser-Mackenzie says.

The winners will be announced at an awards night on 25 September 2024. Find more information, including ticket prices, here

“We extend our thanks to everyone involved for their dedication and effort in the submission process. Given the challenging economic climate, their achievements are even more remarkable,” Gill says.
