Daisy Lab is a BioTech start up based in Auckland, New Zealand. We use microbes to produce dairy identical proteins.This technology is called precision fermentation, and it has the potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 97% when compared with traditional dairy. Daisy Lab is driven reduce the impact that food production, specifically dairy, has on our environment.Daisy Lab is on a mission to pioneer the use of precision fermentation to create dairy identical proteins in New Zealand.We are currently scaling up our technology from lab-bench to larger fermenters. This will allow us to create prototype products, like ice-creams and yoghurts.
